"This dance was given in honor of the belle Miss Eliza before her departure for the Worlds Fair, St. Louis 1904".
Pp. 4-5 have dance instructions for a caller: "Now swing your pards and balance eight, and swing your pards like you was swingin' on a gate, then right foot up and left foot down, cut a hole with your heel in the holler of the groun, right hand across, pat your gal on the head, if she don't like biscuits then feed her corn-a-bread, now swing your lady 'gainst the wall, take a chaw'f tobacco, now promenade all."
